The Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) Decade is a global campaign towards universal birth registration. The Asia and Pacific CRVS Decade was proclaimed during the Ministerial Conference on CRVS on 24-28 November 2014 in Bangkok, Thailand. The Philippines is a signatory to the said Ministerial Conference and being a signatory, the Philippines is committed to the attainment and implementation of the major outcomes of the Ministerial Conference
