Advertising giant MacGraphics Carranz International (MGCI) Corporation is now featuring the Department of Health’s (DOH) BIDA Solusyon sa COVID-19 campaign with the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).

The Mandaluyong City-based company owns some of the largest billboards in the country that are strategically placed in Metro Manila’s busiest areas. Commuters are now reminded of the minimum public health standards and COVID-19 updates when passing through major thoroughfares and landmarks including GA Tower located at One EDSA in Mandaluyong, C5 Road, Boni MRT (Northbound), Ortigas, Shaw Boulevard, and SLEX Magallanes.

“We at MacGraphics Carranz cannot overemphasize the need for more accurate information, especially when it is between life and death situations,” MacGraphics CEO Mr. Alvin Carranza said.

“In these unprecedented times, MGCI Corporation sees the importance of combating infodemic by bridging the gap between the source of information and the public. By allowing the free use of their platforms, daily commuters, and urban dwellers of Metro Manila can receive timely and relevant health information,” Health Secretary Francisco T. Duque III said.

With one of the key pillars of the DOH BIDA Solusyon campaign being A-lamin ang totoong impormasyon, this initiative of MacGraphics Carranz International Corporation will help ensure that the public will always receive accurate information.

“The COVID-19 pandemic in this age of prevailing misinformation has highlighted how crucial it is to be armed with the correct tools to defend oneself against this disease. Through our BIDA strategies, especially through equipping our citizenry with accurate and verified information, we are providing them the armaments to quash this invisible enemy,” Duque concluded.
