The Department of Health is issuing this Call for Proposals for the 2025 Advancing Health through Evidence Assisted-Decisions with Health Policy and Systems Research (AHEAD with HPSR) program priorities in support of Universal Health Care in the Philippines and in the alignment of the Department’s health plans, policies, investments, and monitoring mechanisms with the National Objective for Health (NOH) as well as the 8 Point Action Agenda of the DOH.

The Department of Health is issuing this call for Expression of Interest for the 2015 Advancing Health through Evidence Assisted-Decisions with Health Policy and Systems Research (AHEAD with HPSR) program priorities in support of Universal Health Care and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) in the Philippines, research priorities that emanated from various DOH consultations with end-user offices (e.g., priority areas/topics for inclusion in DOH’s Medium Term Research Agenda for CY 2023-2028, National Objectives for Health (NOH) and the 8-Point Action Agenda of the Department) and other priorities from attached agencies without research funding.
