Membership to the Philippine Country Coordinating Mechanism (PCCM) of The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria for the period
July 2022 – June 2025

The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) raises and invests   billion dollars a year to support programs run by local experts in countries and communities most in need, to accelerate the end of AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

All grant proposals submitted to GFATM in the Philippines are being coordinated and monitored through the Philippine Country Coordinating Mechanism (PCCM). Membership in the PCCM should be broadly representative of a variety of stakeholders, each representing an active constituency with an interest in fighting one or more of the three diseases. Each constituency brings a unique and important perspective, thus, increasing the probability of achieving measurable impact against the diseases. The role and function of each player within the partnership of the CCM will be agreed upon by the mechanism, safeguarding equity and transparency among partners.

The Philippine Country Coordinating Mechanism (PCCM) of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria invites interested organizations from Government & Non- Government Agencies, Faith-Based Groups, Civil Society, Academe, International Health Partners and the Private Sector, with at least five (5) years of experience and track record in public health advocacy or service delivery in at least one of the 3 diseases (HIV, Tuberculosis & Malaria) to send their expression of interest as Member of the PCCM, for the period: July 2022 – June 2025.

All interested organizations are requested to submit the following:

(1) Letter of Interest addressed to the Secretary of Health as Chair of the Philippine Country
Coordinating Mechanism;
(2) Organizational profile;
(3) Proof of registration in the Philippines; and  
(4) Audited financial report for the past three (3) years  

All required documents should be submitted on or before March 15, 2022 to:
