What is BLHSD?
  • Development of frameworks, policies, guidelines and standards on local health systems;
  • Development of frameworks, policies, guidelines and standards on local health systems;
  • Coordinate/Collaborate activities/initiatives and projects related to local health systems development;
  • Oversee and support models for local health systems development and their application;
  • Monitor and evaluate benchmark indicators on local health systems at sub-national levels
