





Pursuant to Rule II Section 4 of the IRR of RA No. 11215 or the National Integrated Cancer Control Act (NICCA), the National Integrated Cancer Control Program was established under the Cancer Control Division of the Disease Prevention and Control Bureau (DPCB). It serves as the framework for all cancer-related activities of the government that aims to decrease the incidence of preventable cancer, prevent and manage its recurrence, and provide access to quality healthcare for its treatment.
