The health crisis brought about by the COVID-19 has proved that there is still a lack of preparedness and response from our country when it comes to combating large scale epidemics and pandemics. Hence, this program aims to have an organized system that focuses on planning, development, and management of outbreaks due to infectious diseases that have the potential to become epidemics and pandemics.
