The Department of Health (DOH), as it celebrates its 126th Anniversary from 18-21 June 2024 with the theme “DOH @126: Pagdiriwang sa Kultura at Tradisyon tungo sa Bagong Pilipinas” provides access to over 2,600 jobs in the health sector for Filipinos nationwide.

Aligned with the 7th Action Agenda item, “Kapakanan at karapatan ng health workers,” the Department welcomed a significant number of applicants who aspire to be part of the health workforce through this Job Fair held in satellite DOH offices and venues such as Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital in Manila, Western Visayas Medical Center in Iloilo City, and participating malls in Cavite, La Union, Tuguegarao, Legaspi, Cebu, Zamboanga City, Cagayan de Oro City, and Davao City.

More applicants are expected to join the 375 accepted applicants already accepted as the event runs until June 20, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM with the aim to increase the workforce across its 76 operating units, including the DOH Central Office, Centers for Health Development (CHDs), DOH Hospitals, and Treatment and Rehabilitation Centers strategically located throughout the country.

In accordance with guidelines set by the Civil Service Commission (CSC), the Job Fair presents a unique opportunity for qualified Filipinos to contribute to the nation’s healthcare system. Positions span various multiple salary grades, disciplines, and levels, offering competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within one of the country’s vital government agencies.

Interested applicants are encouraged to visit the nearest participating venue to learn more about available positions, qualifications, and application procedures. Aligned with the nationwide job fair, the CSC has also listed 641 vacant positions on the CSC website, on the website DOH Ejobs for Health, and on other designated platforms.
