What could be the possible reason/s in case the uploading of list of HCWs and non-HCWs fails?

1. If the system detects that an individual is a duplicate or already registered to other CREC report.
2. Uploader did not use the prescribed CREC template of the MST; and
3. Required fields in the prescribed CREC template are not populated completely.
