Officials and personnel of the Department of Health on Thursday remembered the first year death anniversary of Dr. Dreyfuss Perlas with a mass offering at the Shrine of St. Lazarus inside the DOH compound.

Dr. Perlas, or Drey to his friends and colleagues, was a government physician deployed to Lanao del Norte under the DOH's Doctors to the Barrios Program.
