• 1. Do we need to register first to National Health Facility Registry before registering to OCAIS? Kinakailangan bang magparehistro muna sa National Health Facility Registry bago magparehistro sa OCAIS?
• 10. What could be the possible reason/s in case the uploading of list fails? | Ano ang maaaring dahilan kung mag-fefail ang pag-uupload ng mga listahan?
• 11. What if there are no changes in the CREC or masterlist for the particluar month, can we submit the same list for the succeding month?
• 12. What will happen if we are not able to upload the masterlist? | Ano ang mangyayari kung hindi ma-upload ang masterlist?
