Negative List refers to the accredited specialty and subspecialty training programs available in the Philippines that shall be the basis for the approval/disapproval of NTC applications

List of specialty areas:

NTC Application shall only be approved when the training program the applicant is applying for is not included in the Negative List starting March 22, 2023, in accordance with Administrative Order 2022-0009, entitled "Revised Guidelines on the Issuance of the Need for Training Certificate to Filipino Physicians under the Exchange Visitor Program."
