(29 October 2020) —The Bureau of International Health Cooperation assisted Undersecretary Ma. Carolina Vidal-Taiño during the ceremonial turnover of donation from the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam last 28 October 2020, 10:30 AM, at the main lobby of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA). The donation consisted of USD50,000 worth of RT-PCR testing kits and extraction sets.
His Excellency Hoang Huy Chung of the Embassy of the Socialist Republic Viet Nam turned over the donations to Undersecretary Vidal-Taiño and Secretary Teodoro L. Locsin, Jr. of the DFA. Also present to witness the proceedings were DFA Undersecretaty Brigido J. Dulay, DFA Assistant Secretary Meynardo LB. Montealegre, and Second Secretary Mr. Nguyen Thai Giang from the Embassy of Viet Nam.
