(16 December 2019) – United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-Philippines, led by its Mission Director MR. LAWRENCE HARDY, met with the Secretary of Health, DR. FRANCISCO T. DUQUE, and other DOH Official/staff on December 13, 2019, at the Philippine Blood Center.  The meeting explored the possible financial support of the US Government through the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) to the National HIV/AIDS Program in the Philippines, amounting to USD 10.5 M.
